Fix: Target was getting rate-limited and paused most of the time. Stock checks now run first every round as a single request; search and ID scan run on slower timers and pause on their own if Target objects.

Updating (already installed)
- Download the zip above.
- Unzip it over your existing folder (replace the files).
- On the extensions page, press reload on it. Your settings are kept.
First-time install
- Unzip the download into a folder you'll keep (e.g. Documents).
- Open the extensions page and turn on Developer mode.
- Click Load unpacked and pick the unzipped folder.
- Done. Alerts show as desktop notifications and in the popup. You'll also see them in the Discord server - no Discord setup needed.
